Ideal for when you're bringing your e-scooter out of storage or simply want to ensure it’s safe and ready to ride.

This service includes:

• Safety check

• All bolts and fasteners checked

• Brakes checked and adjusted

• Modes tested

• Inflate tyres

• Lubricate the chain (if required)

• Road test of the e-scooter

• Service report and mechanic’s recommendations

Please note: Parts are not included. A separate quotation will be provided for any necessary repairs or replacements.

• Free Shipping on orders over $200 (excludes WA, TAS, regional & remote areas).
• Same-Day Dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM Adelaide time (Mon–Fri).
• Accurate Address Required – lost or redelivery costs are not covered.
• No P.O. Boxes for large items; small items (<20kg) via AusPost only if pre-approved.
• Remote Area Surcharges may apply; orders may be canceled or adjusted.
• Return Shipping Not Covered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

Damages and issues: Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions: Sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds: After inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
