Here at Chargd Electric Motion, we know how annoying shipping charges are, so that's why we offer FREE* Shipping over $200 or Flat $14.95 for orders under $200 within Australia!

Expect longer than usual shipping times on Bulky Freight during Peak Festive Shopping Periods of anywhere from 7 to 20 Buisness Days. 

You can also choose to Pickup from our Adelaide Showroom for FREE, if assembly is required an additional $99 fee for E-Bikes and $199 for Motorcycles & Mopeds will be applied - Should you require this service, please notify a member of our team prior for booking.

Oversized Heavy Items Over 50kg will incur a $199 Freight Fee to WA, TAS, QLD NT. Items subject to this surcharge are RFN & Sur-Ron Motorbikes, Benzina Zero Scooters & Mopeds and Bexley Scooters. Fee's will also apply to Remote Locations.

Remote Locations & Islands:

Surcharges will Apply for all orders going to extremely Remote Locations or Islands across Australia (Eg. Macquarie Island, Lord Howe, Thursday Island, Kangaroo Island, Russel Island etc) and we reserve the right to cancel any order to such location or adjust shipping fee's where necessary, we recommend Contacting Us for a Quote if you believe you may be subject to such charges.

P.O Boxes & Parcel Lockers 
We do not deliver to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockboxes unless prior arrangement is made with a member of our team and can only be done with Small Articles under 20kg Shipped via Australia Post Only.

Missed Deliveries
We advise to always ship to an attended Address, if you are unable to do so you can also speak to a friend, family member or even local bike store about possibly receipting and/or building for you as many of our services are Signature on Delivery and no items will be left at doorsteps, if so any missed deliveries will incur additional fees.

Order Processing
All orders placed are processed within 24-48 hours on business days, and shipped within 7-10 days (we aim to have all orders dispatched same day before 2pm GMT+10 SA AU time). Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays. Processing time does not include the overall shipping time. If your order does not arrive within 16 Business Days of the fulfilment shipment date please notify us by emailing sales@chargd.com.au along with your order number.

Estimated Delivery & Tracking Information
Remember that any estimated delivery date whether provided by us or by our courier's tracking network is to be used as a guide only and generally are based on small articles or parcels that go through automatic conveyors. These dates can also vary or be delayed due to unforeseen reasons or public holiday peak periods. Keep in mind large items such as Scooters, Bikes or Motorcycles will not be subject to standard delivery time frames that a courier may estimate or suggest as they require much more manual handling and generally travel via road, so do not rely on tracking information to be 100% correct.

How Your Order is Shipped
All products are shipped boxed and/or packed securely of which some items such as Bikes are sent 80% Assembled and may require professional assembly before use. If you are not confident in assembling your product safely please visit a local bike store or dealer to do so as incorrect assembly may result in your warranty becoming void.

Correct Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is correct and your address is attended by someone who can sign for your delivery, as once we ship your order we cannot recover the cost of lost or stolen goods and/or re-delivery fee's.
