SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Same-Day Dispatch
All orders are picked, packed, and dispatched same day if placed before 2 pm (Adelaide time). Orders placed after 2 pm will ship the next business day.

Expect 3-7 Day Delivery For Online Orders 

FREE SHIPPING — ON ELECTRIC RIDES

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide on all e-motos, e-bikes, and e-scooters, no minimum spend required — because your ride belongs at your door, fast.

Exceptions: Remote rural areas and offshore islands may incur an additional freight surcharge. You’ll see this at checkout if applicable.

ACCESSORIES & BUNDLES

We’re making it easy to accessorize:

  • Free shipping on accessory orders over $400.

  • Free shipping applies automatically when you bundle accessories with an e-bike, e-moto, or e-scooter—regardless of accessory spend.

Accessories-only orders under $400 will incur standard shipping rates (calculated at checkout).

PROCESSING TIMES & TRACKING

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your item is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number—most carriers activate tracking within 12 hours.

LITHIUM BATTERY SHIPPING NOTICE

Our electric vehicles contain lithium batteries, which are regulated. This may require specialty freight handling and can extend shipping times, especially for interstate deliveries. Delivery may take up to 10 business days in these cases.

DAMAGES & CLAIMS

Received a damaged item? We’re here to help:

  • Keep all original packaging.

  • Email photos of damage and your order number to chargdau@gmail.com

  • We’ll get you sorted—repair, replacement, or return.
